Tractor-Trailer Goes Up In Flames On Florida's Turnpike

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A tractor-trailer went up in flames on Wednesday just before rush hour causing some major traffic tie-ups.

The trailer caught fire on Florida's Turnpike near Kendall Drive.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said the southbound lanes were shut down due to fuel leaking from the trailer.

The condition of the tractor-trailer driver is unknown at this time. The cause of the fire is unclear.
