Tropical Depression Grace Expected To Weaken

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Tropical Depression Grace is expected to weaken even further.
At 5 p.m., the center of Grace was located about 1,145 miles east of the Lesser Antilles. The storm's maximum sustained winds were near 35 mph with some higher gusts. Tropical depression force winds extend outward up to 35 miles from the center.
Grace is moving to the west at 18 mph and this general motion is expected to continue over the next 48 hours.
Grace is expected to become a remnant low by Wednesday night, and it could also degenerate to an open wave during the next few days.
There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect.
