Tractor-Trailer Fire Causes Heavy Delays On I-95 In Deerfield Beach

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A tractor-trailer carrying seafood caught on fire on Thursday afternoon causing heavy delays on I-95 in Deerfield Beach.

It happened in the northbound lanes at Southwest 10th Street.

Crews were still working to make sure the fire was out as of 5 p.m.

The driver was able to pull over and get out after spotting the fire.

No word on what may have caused the blaze.

Authorities are urging drivers to avoid the area.
