Time Running Out For Early Voting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- There are just two days left for early voting in Florida ahead of the Nov. 4 general election.
Florida has one of the tightest governor's races in the country and early voter turnout shows more Floridians have cast ballots so far than voted in the August primary statewide.
In Miami-Dade, more than 78-thousand people have already voted early.
In addition, more than 290-thousand absentee ballots were mailed out. Of those, more than 160-thousand have already been returned.
In Broward, more than 84-thousand people have already voted early and more than 98-thousand absentee ballots have been returned.
The early voting sites are open Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Miami-Dade and 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in Broward.
Wait times have been minimal at early-voting sites so far, and there haven't been any technical issues at the polls.
