Three From South Florida Killed In Tallahassee Crash

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/AP) — Three friends from South Florida were killed in a car accident over the weekend in Tallahassee.

A Dodge Challenger t-boned a Chrysler PT Cruiser as it was making a left turn on Sunday night. Killed were 22-year-old Kevin Boos, 21-year-old Morgan Carr and 22-year-old Vincenzio Libio, according to Tallahassee police.

All three were from Broward County.

Josh Echemendia, who identified himself as Carr's cousin, said Morgan was a senior at Florida State and was pursuing a career in marketing, according to the Sun-Sentinel. She was also an active member of ZTA sorority.

He added that she and Libio middle school sweethearts who had been dating since age 13.

Libio, who played varsity baseball J.P. Taravella High School, graduated this year with a four-year degree in sports marketing and was pursuing jobs around the NFL, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

According to Boos' Facebook page, he was from Tamarac and began studying at Florida State University in 2014.
