Third Arrest Made In Alleged Identity Theft Ring, One Still At Large

PHOENIX, Ariz. (CBSMiami) -- The FBI has made another arrest in an alleged identity theft scheme.

Odenia Samson, 33, was taken into custody without incident by the FBI and a Phoenix-based FBI Task Force Saturday morning.

Samson is one of four South Florida men wanted in connection to identity theft and cocaine distribution, according to an FBI press release.

Ensi Prudent, 38, and Eddie Elistin, 32, were apprehended earlier this week in North Miami.

Michael Descolline, 24, remains at large and officials have considered him armed and dangerous.

A joint investigation that includes the FBI, DEA, Miami-Dade Police Dept., North Miami Police Dept. and the City of Miramar Police Dept. is underway.

Anyone with information about Descolline's whereabouts should contact the FBI hotline at (754) 703-2000. There is a cash reward for help leading to his capture.
