MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Do you work in one of the "coolest" office spaces in South Florida, and we're not talking about the room temperature. To attract and retain employees, especially young people, many companies invest a lot of money into their offices in order to provide employees with a place to flourish and be productive.

If the answer is yes, you do work in a pretty cool office, you may want to consider participating in the South Florida Business Journal's Coolest Office Spaces contest.

If your office has an in-house gym, standing desks, or an open and inviting workspace, let them know.  What about a fun break area, a full kitchen, or maybe a ping pong table?
