ST. AUGUSTINE (CBSMiami/AP) — A 15-year-old walking through the woods in northeast Florida stumbled across human remains. Investigators are now piecing together who the remains belong to.

The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said the skeletal remains were discovered Sunday by a boy who was looking for fishing bait in a pond off State Route 16.

Sheriff's detectives say there were no obvious signs of foul play.

The remains were taken to the medical examiner's office for investigation and identification.
