WEST PALM BEACH (CBSMiami) -- A Palm Beach County teen accused of posing as a doctor walked out of jail  Wednesday afternoon after being rearrested.

Malachi Love-Robinson was accompanied by a relative as he walked out.

Earlier, he stood before a judge in bond court who ordered him to have a mental health evaluation.

Records show Love-Robinson was booked into the Palm Beach County jail Tuesday evening in connection to an investigation that found the 18-year old was posing as a doctor and giving medical advice.

He is now facing five charges of fraud, larceny and using someone's identity. Love-Robinson was arrested last month on grand theft charges.

The teen has said he never claimed to have a medical degree, but he did treat patients.
