TAMPA (CBSMiami/AP) -- A Tampa man was arrested Monday, accused of threatening to shoot a group of middle school students waiting for the bus.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Bobby Buice, 48, grabbed a BB gun and threatened two children in retaliation for them throwing a pencil at his truck.

Deputies said Buice admitted to making the threat and upon searching his vehicle, they found the gun and cocaine inside.

Buice was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, as well as possession of cocaine and paraphernalia.
