MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) -- More than a month since a woman went on Facebook Live moments after she had been shot, police have made the first arrest in the case.

Roscoe Burton, 20, appeared in Miami-Dade bond court Tuesday.

Detectives said he's the man who shot Donesha Gantt on February 2nd in Opa-locka, prompting her Facebook Live video announcing she had been shot and that she also knew who the shooter was.

That video went viral with hundreds of thousands of views -- however, Gantt did not reveal her attacker's identity.

Gantt had been sitting in a car at a Burger King on N.W. 136th Street when shots rang out.

A friend in the car was also shot. A third woman was not hit.

Burton faces three counts of pre-meditated attempted murder and is being held without bond.

Police are still investigating.
