MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A woman who was reportedly caught on camera stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and belongings from a Bal Harbour man is ready to come clean.

An attorney for 24-year old Alexandria Layce Martinez-Davis said she is not a fugitive from justice and is getting ready to turn herself in to police next week.

The man told police he met her at a bar in the Fontainbleau Hotel last September. He said he brought her to his place and she waited until he fell asleep.
