DAYTONA BEACH (CBSMiami/AP) — Patrons inside a Daytona Beach restaurant doled out a dish of justice to a man who allegedly fell through the business's ceiling in an attempted robbery.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, diners heard noises coming from the ceiling of the Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet and told the manager.

Police said Justin Grimes, 30, crawled through ceiling tiles in the bathroom before falling through and into the dining room.

Diners then held him down on the restaurant floor until police could arrive.

Officers said Grimes was trying to get to the office looking for money.

He was taken to jail and charged with burglary.
