Sunrise Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To Kids At Playground

SUNRISE (CBSMiami) -- A man has been taken into custody after being accused of exposing himself to a group of juvenile girls on a playground.

Rickie Hoggins, Jr. 30, was in bond court Friday. Police said he drove by the kids, stopped and got out to show the girls his genitals and began to masturbate.

Sunrise Police believe Hoggins may be involved in similar incidents throughout the surrounding areas and are urging other victims to come forward.
