Students Treated After Irritant Sprayed During Fight At Miami Norland Senior High School

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Several students at Miami Norland Senior High School had to be treated after being exposed to an irritant Wednesday afternoon.

Miami Gardens police said it was in the form of a spray that was used during "a huge fight in the cafeteria and the gym."

Images from Chopper 4 showed several emergency vehicles at the school.

Two @MiamiNorlandSHS female students were engaged in physical
altercation. Third student discharged an irritant, impacting those in immediate vicinity. Affected students being treated as a precaution. Disciplinary action forthcoming against those involved. School is safe.
