Student Conduct Code Hearing For FSU QB Winston

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) - Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is scheduled to go before a judge.

His twice delayed Student Conduct Code hearing will get underway Tuesday regarding the sexual assault allegations which were made against him.

If found guilty, Winston faces penalties ranging from written or verbal reprimands to suspension and expulsion from school.

The hearing is expected to last one or two days.

On Saturday, the Heisman Trophy winner is expected to lead the Seminoles in the ACC Championship against Georgia Tech.
