Stolen Vehicle Rolls Over On I-75 Ramp, Two Hurt

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A police pursuit of a stolen vehicle ended in a rollover crash on I-75.

Miami-Dade police said their officers spotted a Mercedes Benz SUV being driven recklessly on Miami Gardens Drive overnight and ran a check.  It came back as stolen.  As officers sped up to catch up with it, they lost sight of it.

The driver got on northbound I-75 and but when he tried to exit at the eastbound Miramar Parkway ramp he lost control and rolled the vehicle.

When officers discovered the wreck they found two men inside the vehicle. One person had serious injuries, the other was critical; both were taken to Memorial Regional Hospital.
