MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Before heading out the door, a check on the planned road closures is probably a good idea.
All northbound Turnpike lanes, south of Bird Road, will be closed at midnight Wednesday to 4 a.m. Thursday. Traffic will be directed to exit at Kendall Drive.
The northbound Turnpike entrance from Griffin Road is shutting down for five straight days all day and night beginning at 9 p.m. on Thursday until 5am next Wednesday December 9th.
The eastbound 836 exit ramp to northbound and southbound NW 27th Avenue will be closed through Thursday from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.
