State Sen. Lori Berman on Florida Property Taxes | Facing South Florida

CBS News Miami's Jim DeFede goes one-on-one with the Democratic leader of the Florida Senate, Lori Berman, about the governor's plan to try and eliminate property taxes for everyone with a homestead exemption.

Property taxes are sure to come up at the 2026 legislation session, which convenes in early January.
