Sources: Cosby Under Investigation In Alleged 2004 Sexual Assault

PHILADELPHIA (CBSMiami) – A CBS affiliate is reporting that Bill Cosby is under criminal investigation for an alleged 2004 sexual assault in Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania.
CBS 3 Eyewitness News has confirmed the investigation was triggered last summer by the release of depositions in a civil case which had previously been sealed.
Sources said depending on the outcome of the criminal investigation, at some point in the future Cosby could face criminal charges.
Cosby has not been charged with any criminal wrongdoing in connection with any allegations made against him.
