ORLANDO (CBSMiami/AP) — A Saudi Arabian man was sentenced to time served and two years of probation for assaulting a TSA officer at Orlando International Airport.

The sentence was given to Mohammed Abdullah Alomaim after he pleaded guilty in federal court in Orlando on Wednesday.

Alomaim, 43, assaulted the Transportation Security Administration officer last January.

Authorities say the officer had approached Alomaim because he was acting erratically while waiting at the airport and had left his bags unattended.
