Man Who Evaded Federal Warrant On Aventura Rooftop Remains Hospitalized

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The man who surrendered Thursday after standing on a roof for hours is still at an Aventura hospital.

US Marshalls tell CBS4 it's unrelated to the incident, but he's expected to be booked in jail later on Friday.

Yesterday, he refused to come down off of a roof when marshalls tried serving a federal warrant to Trent Conley for violating a pre-trial order.

That order accuses Conley of assaulting a law enforcement officer and trying to evade an officer back in April.
