MIAMI (CBSMiami) - An online 'truth or dare' game with dangerous ramifications played out in front of millions sets the stage for the new thriller "Nerve."

The film stars Emma Roberts and Dave Franco who say in this time of instantaneous postings, often without a thought, "Nerve" may just strike a nerve with audiences.
