Reward Offered In Pompano Beach Postal Worker Robbery

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A reward of up to $25-thousand has been offered for information which leads to the arrest of two men who robbed a postal employee in Pompano Beach.

The worker was robbed on April 5th, around 12:40 p.m.

The U.S. Postal Service said two men, who both appeared to be in their 20s, were involved in the robbery.

On Tuesday they released a sketch of one of the men who they said was about 6'2" and approximately 190 pounds. His partner in crime was 5'6" and had a thin build.

Both men fled in a silver four door newer model vehicle - possibly a Kia Forte.

Anyone with information about the robbery is urged to call the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455.
