Researcher Suspended After Dolphin Moved To Pool

FORT PIERCE (CBSMiami/AP) -- Federal officials suspended a central Florida dolphin researcher accused of moving a sick dolphin to a community pool.

Steve McCulloch allegedly moved the dolphin to a resort community's swimming pool.

According to officials he did not have permission move the dolphin.

The regional administrator for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Fisheries Service said McCulloch was being suspended for "egregious violations."
