PBSO Responds To 'Shots Fired' During High School Football Game In Wellington

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to calls of shots fired during a football game Friday night in Wellington.

Multiple PBSO units were at Palm Beach Central High School, in the 8400 block of Forest Hill Blvd., according to reports.

PBSO said a fight between students led to the gunfire and two students were hit.

One was taken to the hospital by air rescue helicopter.

Police do not believe this to be an active shooter incident.
