Precautionary Boil-Water Order Issued For Parts Of Fort Lauderdale

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The City of Fort Lauderdale has issued a precautionary boil water notice for properties on Royal Palm Drive.

Authorities said that repair crews were making emergency repairs to 6-inch water main at Royal Palm Drive and Las Olas Blvd.

They said that the westbound lanes of Las Olas Blvd. would be closed during the repair.

Authorities urged drivers to avoid the area.
