Metromover Movin' Along Again

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Miami's Metromover wasn't moving anywhere Wednesday morning and early afternoon due to a power problem.

A faulty power line caused transit authorities to shut down the downtown trains late Tuesday night.

Florida Power and Light crews worked on the problem throughout the morning.

Miami-Dade Transit had free bus shuttles available to handle the morning commute. Metrobus riders were told to expect delays due to the bus shuttle service setup for Metromover riders.

The trains were back up and running by mid-afternoon after the problem was fixed.
