Poppinga: 'Still Really High on The Dolphins'
"I wouldn't be too disappointed in that victory," former NFL linebacker Brady Poppinga said on the Big O Show. "Any victory you can get is a good victory. I laugh at the Miami Dolphins' fan base because, it's like, just be happy you won the game. It's okay. It doesn't matter how you do it.
"Every week has it's own identity. You can't predict week 2 from what happened in week 1. What would worry me if I'm a Dolphins fan is that Week 2 comes and you don't see much improvement. Still I'm not panicking. Week 3 [comes and goes] and no improvement and you're starting to see somewhat of a decline or a plateau -- uh oh, now I'm getting concerned. But that takes weeks on end to see. Not just one week.... Be patient. Let's see if it trends here. I'm still really high on the Dolphins. I have not changed my opinion of them whatsoever. "
