Poll Finds 75% Of Parents Think CBD May Be A Good Alternative For Kids When Meds Don't Work

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Products containing cannabidiol or CBD, a chemical compound naturally found in marijuana and hemp, have become popular in recent years.

A new C.S. Mott Children's Hospital poll finds while a majority of parents haven't considered a CBD product for their child, three quarters say it may be a good option when medications don't work.

Most parents say a doctor's prescription should be required.
