LAKELAND (CBSMiami) – A Lakeland woman was arrested on Saturday for trying to hire a hitman to kill her husband, deputies said.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office said Tanya Senay Demirhan, 47, is facing felony charges of solicitation to commit a first-degree murder and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Demirhan reportedly met with an undercover detective to arrange the murder of her husband Atilla Demirhan, 56, for a price of $10,000. The couple co-own a pizza shop in Lakeland.

The Lakeland Ledger reports that Demirhan is being held at the Polk County Jail without bond.
