Police Disperse Rowdy Crowd On Miami Beach

MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) - Police worked to disperse a rowdy crowd  that engaged in "multiple fights" on Miami Beach on Presidents' Day.

A large crowd, according to Miami Beach, were on the beach between 6 Street and 8 Street on Ocean Drive.

Chopper4 was overhead as crowds of people were leaving the beach, heading towards the streets of South Beach.

According to CBS4 news partner, The Miami Herald, officials said about 2,000 people were on the beach.

The Presidents' Day holiday led to an extra large amount of people on the beach.

Police said four people were arrested, one of them was a juvenile.
