On March 7th, around 3:30a.m, Dwayne Isaacs, 31, was working at QT's Cabaret Gentlemen's Club on S Dixie Highway when a fight broke out.

The man in the t-shirt then takes off on foot.

Isaacs was taken to Homestead Hospital where he was treated for a fractured skull, bleeding in the brain, a fractured skull, a laceration to his nose, and other side effects.
