Police: Robber With Rifle Commits Brazen Crime At Liquor Store

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police in Miami want to find the man who robbed the Granada Liquors Store Thursday night while armed with a rifle.

According to officers, the man entered the store on SW 8 Street around 9:00 p.m. demanding money from the store's clerk.

As the clerk gathered the money, police said the man stole a purse from a customer.

The man then fled the store and got into a copper colored vehicle that was parked nearby and traveled west on 8th Street.

Officers said the subject was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, camouflage shorts, blue sneakers and a baseball cap.
