Police Release Surveillance Video Of Subway Robbery

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police released surveillance video of a robbery that took place at Subway restaurant on October 16 in hopes of identifying the suspect.

The robbery took place around 9:45 p.m. at 296 NW 42 Avenue.

Once inside, the suspect went up to the counter and produced a black pistol and demanded money from the victim, Ybet Lopez, Miami Police officials said.

Police added that Lopez gave the suspect the money and then left in an older model white vehicle, possibly a Hyundai.

The man was last seen wearing a navy blue long sleeve shirt, basketball shorts, a hat, and sunglass.
