Police Make Arrest In Hialeah Armed Robbery & Shooting

HIALEAH (CBSMiami) – Hialeah Police said they made an arrest in armed robbery and shooting.

The incident happened Thursday night in Hialeah, near E. 1st Ave. and 50th Pl.

Police said Marquis Strange robbed a man of his chain and wallet, and then shot him.

The man suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. He is recovering in the hospital and is in stable condition.

Police are still looking for Strange, who they consider armed and dangerous.

However, on Friday, police arrested 21-year-old Terry Alfred Joseph who they said was acting as the getaway driver for Strange.

Joseph is being charged with armed robbery and attempted murder.
