FBI Searching For Armed Suspect In Coral Springs Robbery

CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) --  Coral Springs police and the FBI are searching for a man they say robbed a bank Thursday morning.

The FBI released a picture of the man they are looking for, showing him walking into the Priority One Credit Union branch at 1700 North University Drive.

Authorities say, once inside, he showed a weapon and demanded money from a bank employee before getting away.

Customers were inside the bank at the time of the robbery but no one was hurt.

Authorities set up a perimeter in the area in their search for the suspect.

They're asking anyone who has information in the case to call police or Broward County Crime Stoppers at (954) 493-TIPS.
