Police Arrest Second Man Accused Of Robbing Restaurant

NORTH MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A man police say held-up the Royal Castle restaurant in North Miami has been caught and is being charged with armed robbery.

Kenneth Presley, according to North Miami Police, on November 9 of last year, was caught on surveillance armed, robbing the restaurant along with customers.

Police believe Presley was accompanied by Anthawn Ragan, the 19-year-old man charged in the armed robbery of a nail salon where he allegedly fired a bullet killing 10-year-old Aaron Vu.

Ragan has been charged in the restaurant robbery.

Presley, 33, is facing armed robbery and grand theft charges.
