Plagens: Panthers "Knew They Were Capable Of This"
Florida Panthers radio play-by-play voice Doug Plagens joined the Big O Show on 560 WQAM to discuss the first place team and how mature they've gotten this season.
"You look at this team top to bottom, there was a lot of confidence built up during that win streak not too long ago. These guys all knew they were capable of this. This is a good hockey team that knows what to do out there.
"A trait you're seeing in this team, it's a team that has enough confidence to where they don't panic, they don't get phased by anything, they fall behind and stick to the plan, and I think it's a very positive trait for a team that has fallen short now in three straight since the 12 game win streak but they still sit with some separation at the top of the Atlantic division."
