Perkins: Ryan Tannehill "Had A Very Productive Offseason"

The Miami Dolphins wrapped up their offseason workout program on Wednesday with their final minicamp workout.  There have been a lot of positive vibes coming out of the Dolphins training facility, including the play of quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

"Outstanding! Outstanding! I thought Ryan [Tannehill] had a very productive offseason," said Chris Perkins, Dolphins beat writer for the Sun Sentinel, on the Big O Show. "I thought that his accuracy was good. The mental mistakes that we've seen, he reduced those. His passes had a little more conviction on them."

"I asked him yesterday about his role on the team, and he seemed very comfortable in it. It fits him well. Whether he leads them to the playoffs, I'm still a little skeptical."

Perkins also discussed the Dolphins offensive situation, including whether the team should pursue free agent guard Evan Mathis.
