Pembroke Pines Woman Reported Missing Now Back Home

PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) -- The parents of a Pembroke Pines woman reported missing over the weekend said she is back home.

On Wednesday, 28-year old Malika James' parents said she was safe and with them.

All this comes days after she had been reported missing.

James' father said his daughter had been last seen early Saturday near downtown Miami and was reported missing on Sunday.

On Tuesday evening, Pembroke Pines Police released photos of Malika at an ATM in Winter Haven on Monday at 7:41 a.m.

Officer said the photos showed her to be in good physical condition in her vehicle alone.

James is an adult who does not suffer from any medical condition and is of sound mind, according to police.
