SOUTHWEST RANCHES (CBSMiami) -- A student at Archbishop McCarthy High School spent the day talking to police after she appeared in a video talking about violence.

Davie police are investigating.  At this point they have not filed charges.  They plan to work with the state attorney's office to decide if the student will be charged.

On Thursday morning, many parents picked up their kids after learning of the video.

In it, the student is heard laughing, while talking to other students who are asking her questions.  At one point she's heard saying, ""after they die and they're like begging me for mercy, I basically just massacre them." She went on after a voice in the video said he'd like his door, "Dude I'd smash your windows and kill you, not you, but anybody who basically tried to hide. The day I snap is gonna be hella fun. The day my sanity snaps." She goes on saying, I'm a time bomb, ticking."

CBS4's Ted Scouten asked student Paula Fernandez, "Did it concern you what she was saying?"

"Ya, it did we were all really scared," said Fernandez.

School officials from the Arch Diocese of Miami said the students were never in danger and that they enacted their response plan notifying school staff, parents and students.

"The student never came on grounds at Archbishop McCarthy High School and she is now being spoken with and investigated through Davie Police Department," said Mary Ross Agosta of the Arch Diocese of Miami.

McCarthy High School was not the only school having problems on Thursday. Pines Charter School down the street was on lock down after a suspicious tweet. Dillard High School and Elementary school in Fort Lauderdale had a false bomb threat and Peters Elementary also had a bomb threat. All of those schools were cleared.
