Palmetto Expy. Lanes Shutdown Due To Crash

MEDLEY (CBSMiami) – Drivers on the Palmetto Expressway are facing some major traffic tie-ups after a crash caused troopers to shutdown lanes.

Chopper4 was over the scene around 5 p.m. as a line of cars were stopped on the southbound lanes of the expressway at NW 74th street.

At one point, both sides of the highway were shut down so air rescue could land and take one person to the hospital.
