Palm Beach County School District Ends Mask Mandate

PALM BEACH (CBSMiami) – Teachers and staff in the Palm Beach County School District no longer have to follow a mask mandate.

As of Monday, the school district ended it.

The change comes as positivity rates for the Omicron variant have steadily fallen over recent weeks.

While the mandate is over, masks are still strongly encouraged by the school district for both employees and students.
