One Person Airlifted To Hospital After Cooper City Crash

COOPER CITY (CBSMiami) - One person was airlifted to the hospital after a bad accident in Cooper City.

The crash on northbound Flamingo Road at Stirling Road involved four vehicles.

Chopper4 over the scene spotted a badly mangled silver SUV missing its driver side doors. According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, one of the injured had to be cut out of their vehicle.

The sheriff's office said a seriously injured man was airlifted to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood in critical condition.  Two other women involved in the crash were taken to Memorial West.   Two men in the fourth vehicle were treated on the scene.
