One Injured After Car Crashes Into Bench In Pinecrest
PINECREST(CBSMiami) -- A car smashed into a Pincrest bench Wednesday afternoon injuring one person.
It all happened at 11311 South Dixie Highway.
Pincrest Police said the driver over shot the parking spot and crashed into a man sitting on the bench in front of the restaurant Wagons West. The driver also hit the wall in front of the restaurant but did not go in.
Investigator said the injured man described as in his mid 50s was hit in his lower extremeties.
Crews airlifted him to Kendall Regional Hospital. No word on his condition.
The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperated with investigators.
