No One Hurt In Piper Plane Crash Near Sawgrass Exwy

CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) -- Two people were able to walk away safely from a plane crash in Coral Springs.

The single engine Piper plane went down just northwest of the bend at the Sawgrass Exwy Sunday afternoon. Both occupants inside were not hurt, officials said.

The Coral Springs Fire Department shared a picture of the aircraft in a field.
