HIALEAH (CBSMiami) --  A Hialeah teen accused of making bomb threats will remain behind bars.

Julian Dominguez, 18, was not brought into court Monday morning when a judge decided not to allow him to be released on bond because they found probable cause to keep him in jail.

Police said Dominguez used Twitter to make bomb threats against the City of Hialeah.

In one of the tweets, Dominguez allegedly said he had put explosive around the city.  In another, he allegedly said "casualties will be tremendous."

As he was led away in handcuffs on Friday, Dominguez said he was sorry and was high on Marijuana at the time.

Dominguez is facing charges for making a bomb threat and he was currently out on bond for an alleged sexual battery.
