Miramar Man Charged With Having Sex With Teen He Met On Facebook

MIRAMAR (CBSMiami) – A 29-year-old man was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old he met through Facebook.

Miramar Police said Wesly Occeas was arrested Thursday and charged with one count of lewd and lascivious activity with a child under 16.

Also, police said Occeas is HIV positive and is charged with having intercourse with a non-consenting person.

The victim in the case is not cooperating with police.

According to police, the suspect may have had other victims.
