Mike Hill Hopes Marlins Fans 'Are Educated Enough' To See What They're Doing
Marlins President Mike Hill delivered quite the interesting quote last night when explaining the team's reasoning behind a recent trade, hoping fans "are educated enough" to see what they're doing.
It's not that fans or media are questioning why they traded Michael Morse and Mat Latos for three minor-leaguers in an effort to shed salary and build toward the future, it's the fact they attached a high draft pick to convince the Dodgers to pay those players' salaries.

Yet Hill talks of championships after a foolish choice of words about the team's fans.
#Marlins' Mike Hill: "Our goal is to be one of 10 and play for a championship. That is our goal and still remains our goal."
